Suburbs of Orlando with the Most Permanent Residents

As we all know, Orlando, FL is a huge vacation destination for many. In fact, 74 million people visited Orlando last year, keeping its place as the top U.S. destination. Orlando is an awesome place to visit for so many reasons, the sunny weather, proximity to beaches, cruise ports, SeaWorld, Universal Studios Orlando, and most importantly-Walt Disney World!
Because of all the city has to offer, families often come and stay for an extended period of time, and rather than squeezing their families into a hotel room for weeks, more and more families are renting homes and condos short-term either through Airbnb or other vacation rental websites. A lot of these homes are in residential neighborhoods, often in areas that are within a short distance to the theme parks.
So, what does this mean for the residents of these neighborhoods? You’ll see a lot of families coming and going all year long. While this may not bother some residents in the least, there are, on the other hand, those who are looking for a sense of community, to know their neighbors, and to establish some familiarity for their kiddos. Here is your resource for areas of Orlando with the most permanent residents.
